About Patrick

I started a company in 2009 working as a freelance photographer. I cut my teeth photographing live music which culminated in an exhibition in Brisbane city titled ‘Formative Years’. From music I started photographing portraiture, eventually moving to more corporate portraiture. I’ve had my work featured internationally for businesses, magazines and artists.

Growing a business in the competitive market of photography meant I needed to develop marketing skills to gain a competitive advantage. I quickly became as passionate about the marketing as the photographs. I decided to enrol at the University of Queensland studying a Bachelor of Business Management with majors in Marketing & Advertising. I worked hard at University, loving the structure and opportunities to learn. I participated in an exchange program and was one of two students selected to study at the prestigious Sauder School of Business in Vancouver, Canada. While at University I received two deans commendations for academic excellence.

While studying I began marketing consultancy for my clients. My broad skill set allowed me to develop effective, integrated plans for clients where the photographs, design & videos were consistently on-brand and perfect for the strategy. I’m currently freelancing full time working for interesting businesses looking for the best possible return on investment.
